The Power of Faith on My Journey
Trusting God’s Plan for My Life — and Yours Too
Embracing God’s Blueprint
I believe God has a plan for our lives—not a small, play-it-safe plan, but one filled with potential we can’t even fathom. He created each of us to grow, love deeply, and live fully. Moreover, He invites us to help each other along the way.
Facing the Enemy
Yet there is an enemy whose mission is clear: to steal, kill, and destroy. He uses betrayal, doubt, addiction, and confusion to derail us. However, God never leaves us—not once.
God Allows Pain for Purpose
God permits painful experiences, not because He delights in suffering, but because He knows how they shape us. He gives us free will, empowering us to choose—to act, to self-correct, to heal.
A Relationship, Not Just Belief
For me, faith isn’t just belief—it’s a relationship, a daily conversation. I talk to God, ask questions, listen, study His Word, and practice discerning His voice from my fears. This takes time—and it’s worth it.
God Sends Angels—Sometimes People
Often, God sends angels in human form: a kind word, a timely book, a friend, a therapist, a stranger. Scripture entrusts us with angels to help those on the journey.
Noticing the Breadcrumbs
When we pray, meditate, and stay open, we begin to see breadcrumbs: helpful advice, moments of clarity, nudges toward healing. Over time, we become more purposeful, joyful, and aligned.
Trust Grows When Grounded
We learn to trust ourselves—not because of perfection, but because we are grounded in something bigger than our flaws.
Anchored in God’s Promises
Jeremiah 29:11 (MSG) says:
“I know what I’m doing. I have it all planned out—plans to take care of you, not abandon you…”
Romans 12:2 (MSG) urges:
“Fix your attention on God. You’ll be changed from the inside out.”
